What do you think? Should an URL Query language be part of the Hydra standard?

I though of something like RQL: https://github.com/persvr/rql , since
it is the only URL query language I found after a short googling. I am
sure it requires more work to became a standard, but good for
beginning...

How would you bind this kind of query languages to the hydra links?
Since messages should be self-descriptive, I think the link should
contain information about the URL query language it uses, or am I
wrong?
