FYI, the [Solid CG](https://www.w3.org/community/solid/) is working with the W3C Team on [PROPOSED Linked Web Storage Working Group Charter](https://solid.github.io/solid-wg-charter/charter/). All the experience in incubating and implementing the Hydra draft could be valuable input. It has been some time since I participated in the Hydra CG, but I would like to refresh my understanding of the current draft and look at how work incubated in the Hydra CG could contribute to the proposed Linked Web Storage WG.
