The reason operations are retracted or overridden – whether it's due to business logic or the lack of permissions – doesn't really matter, imho. My stance on this is still the same [as expressed in the e-mail thread](https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-hydra/2015Nov/0129.html).
