CDC's successful Immunization Data Lakehouse (IZDL) built upon Knowledge Graphs?

The IZDL's success was highlighted during today's ONC Tech Forum.  Here is
an overview of what I believe is the IZDL's underlying databricks product

I'd be curious to hear more about the IZDL implementation with respect to
ontologies and Knowledge Graphs.
