topic submissions for our late November call

Please send me topics you wish to discuss for the next Human Services W3C
Community Group Meeting (TBD, see prior email post).  Let's limit each
topic to 10 minutes of discussion, to help us stay within the one hour time
frame.  Please provide some information on the reason it is relevant to our
group's goals <https://www.w3.org/community/humanservices/>, and any
information on national/international scope, so I can put it in the correct
section.  You can either reply to this email, if you wish to broadcast your
proposal, or reply directly to me.

use it for nuanced cross-ontology mapping.
