Beyond Inference – Discussion Draft on Human-Centric AI & Implication Models

Hi all,

I’m sharing a discussion draft of a new paper I’ve been working on:
Beyond Inference: Implication Models and the Future of Human-Centric AI

This paper outlines a framework for moving beyond today’s dominant inference-based AI systems. I propose Implication Models as an alternative: AI systems that learn from structured human experiences (via a schema called DOTES) and reason through consequences, not just correlations.

At the core is the idea of Anthropogenic AI that evolves from and with human cultures and communities, rather than simulating human behavior from scraped data.

I introduce AI Representatives (AI Reps) as persistent, structured agents that carry human memory, intent, and agency forward—designed to augment, not replace us.

The goal is to reimagine AI as an extension of human evolution, not as an alien intelligence trained and functioning apart from us.

It’s a working draft meant to spark conversation, so please share with others and send feedback my way.

Onward!
🌄m
