HTTPSLocal 2nd F2F meeting at TPAC 2019 Fukuoka

Dear All,

We would like to announce that W3C team has assigned 15:30-17:30, Thursday
19 September 2019 for our face-to-face meeting [1].

We co-chairs will arrange the meeting agenda and let you know the agenda
soon. If you have any question about TPAC F2F, please do not hesitate to
ask us. We hope we will meet you at Fukuoka!
