Inviting a New Co-chair

Dear All,

We would like to announce that the co-chairs of HTTPS in Local Network CG
has agreed to invite Tatsuya Igarashi from Sony Corporation as a new
co-chair. As you may know, Igarashi-san is actively working in Media and
Entertainment IG as a co-chair, and has deep expertise in connected TV and
multimedia devices. We expect that he will help us move further forward.

If you would have any objection or concern about inviting a new co-chair,
please feel free to ask us.
