HTTPS in Local Network CG F2F Meeting in TPAC2018

Dear All,

I would like to announce that we will have the F2F meeting in TPAC 2018,
15:30-17:30 on Thursday 25 October[1]. All participants in the CG are
eligible to register and attend TPAC 2018[2]. The registration site will be
open in June[3].

Detailed agenda will be available at the GitHub issue[4]. Any proposals and
comments for the agenda are welcome. For now, we anticipate that the agenda
will include:

   - Overview of HTTPS in Local Network CG
   - Use cases recap[5]
   - Proposals for details (any proposals are welcome)

Of course, any contributions on our GitHub[6] are always appreciated. We
will look forward to seeing you in Lyon!
