Specifically, I'm looking for browser versions that first gave basic support to HTML elements, in IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, and Safari. The Mozilla Developer Network is a good resource; however, basic browser support of many elements in this resource are listed as 'yes' instead of the first known compatible browser versions.
