I guess the kind of people who argue for precisionDecimal, reasoning 
that 1.000 is not the same thing as 1 because they have different 
precision, might also argue that 60 seconds is not the same as 1 minute, 
for the same reason. Equality is subjective; some values are more equal 
than others.
