ISSUE-105: allow image maps on the canvas element [HTML 5 spec] http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tracker/issues/105 Raised by: Steve Faulkner On product: HTML 5 spec It appears that the allowing of image maps on the canvas element has support and interest from a number of browser vendors (opera, firefox and internet explorer). It also appears to have support from some members of the html WG as a partial solution to the issues surrounding canvas accessibility.
