Clipboard API tests - still in review / PR state

Hi,
I'd like to see this PR taken soon since it's a waste of somebody's time if
implementation work is going on and developers aren't aware of those tests.

Does anybody have time to do the remaining 56% of the review? Or may I
suggest we just throw everything in and address issues as they are found?

It would also be great if someone could help out writing the missing
automation - I did one in Ruby while at Opera but it's lost and would have
been obsolete anyway ;)
