I'm pretty sure this overlaps with some work that Aryeh already did, which 
is probably in [1]. Normally I wouldn't worry too muych about overlap, but 
there's no point in generating exactly the same idlharness.js tests in 
multiple places. Maybe you could take ownership of that pull request? Or 
at least review it [2].
