RE: Spring Cleaning (test.w.org and testharness.js incorrect location)

My plan is to fix all of them that I find, it's just a few search/replaces..

The recommended incantation is

<script src="/resources/testharness.js"></script>
<script src="/resources/testharnessreport.js"></script>

I think Kris is planning to fix these though.
