Notes - 

*Very long discussion about test repository organization 
	- Leaning towards having a 'short name folder ' for each heading 
	- Need to investigate if it make more sense to have branches for submissions, approved html5 tests and submissions for html5.next tests
	- This would enable tests to be group for each part of the spec w/o having to add meta data to every test
