革与下一代Web国际标准技术发展”非正式圆桌讨论。

We are so honored to invite you joining in the unofficial Roundtable on
China Standardization Reform and Next Generation of Wed Standards on April
28 2017 hosted by W3C China HQ in Beijing.

在过去的十年里，中国对标准化管理工作在进行了深入研究之后开展了了大刀阔斧的改
革。在诸多改革措施当中，鼓励自愿性标准和团体标准的举措极大地释放了市场的活
力，催生出了一批极具生命力的团体标准，为民间标准化团体开启了一个全新的蓬勃发
展的时代。在这个新的时代里，民间标准团体既面临前所未有的发展机遇，也遇到前所
未有的发展挑战。作为为万维网提供根本技术标准保证的国际Web标准联盟W3C来说，在
中国推动Web标准技术的开发和落地也需要和新的标准业界风向相契合。所以，W3C设立
于北京航空航天大学的中国总部诚邀国内外知名标准化专家、主管部门代表、行业代表
及学者共聚一堂，探讨下一代Web国际标准技术发展在中国的发展战略及路线。

 

Over the past ten years, China has made significant strides in the study and
use of standardization and now a deep reform of China’s standardization
system is ongoing. Among all the noted changes, the encouragement of
voluntary and  social organization standardization have brought remarkable
opportunities for the market to develop high quality  standards with great
vitality. The standard associations home and abroad now are entering an era
full of opportunities as well as challenges. It is same to W3C, a consortium
with the mission to develop the fundamental technologies for the World Wide
Web. Therefore, we would believe it is a good idea to call for a gathering
of knowledgeable individuals discussing around the future of the Web, the
next step  Chinese standardization, and related policy setting directions,
for the benefits of both W3C and Chinese standardization.
