 1. 加大在主要技术网站的宣传力度
 2. 如果各位自己公司有项目，可以借项目的机会向用户推荐符合标准的浏览器，
    从而使其淘汰不符合标准的浏览器

IE8- 和山寨浏览器不死的话绝大多数都只会以观望为主。
