經訂閱這個郵件群的朋友，是給不小心搜到這篇文章的人的 xd）
目前正在進行工作組成立之前的討論：章程草案[2]。才成立兩個禮拜，看郵件數
算是相當熱鬧。
其他相關郵件群包括已經營運一段時間的 Device API WG[3]，和也是最近才成立
的 NFC API 討論郵件群[4]

Hi all,
there has recently been a fair amount of work and discussion about
building entire operating systems using Web technology. As discussed on
the DAP list, the W3C is currently putting together a charter for a
"System Applications" group that would handle the specs required to
write such applications.
Before the group is started, a mailing list has been set up in order to
discuss various aspects of the draft charter and try to organise the
work. You'll find all the details at:
