Richard, fantasai, 村上さんと協議し、もう一度だけIanの説得を試みる[1]ことにしました。

これで難しいようなら、i18n WGからLast Call issueとして上げるか、TrackerRequestを上げるかして、議論対象を広げてみます。

また経過は報告させていただきます。
