Table Border Isn't Showing

Hello,

In our automated emails - we are using standard HTML. On the email, the
texts contain on a table with 10px border around it.

Yahoo, Outlook and Gmail are showing the border and shape as it suppose to,
but the Hotmail isn't showing the table border.

We are a bit confused about this.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
