Dear all, First of all congrats for the FPWD of HTML 5. However I'm a big concerned about the size and modularity of this spec and as a result its readability. I have never seen such a big spec in the W3C space. You are mixing in the same document: - Markup - APIs very different: UI APIs, Connection APIs, DOM APIs - Algorithms for browsing implementation of features - Some features present in browsers not documented in any place - Events and different kind of events - Application-related issues such as session management or offline interaction - Examples or material for a primer document I think you need to refactor this spec in different documents each one addressing different things. It would be good for the public who will understand better what is HTML 5 and its related technologies. Best Regards Jose Manuel Cantera Telefónica I+D
