Philip Jägenstedt in blink-dev mailing list suggested that we only apply the
attribute on Text and Search states. I would be fine given that it seems that
Safari iOS and my current implementation in Chrome Android are actually doing
that.
How does that sound? Also, my proposal does not include the <form> attribute
because it is, according to my research, barely used and would add unnecessary
complexity for an unclear use case.
