"Let overlapped frame presentation timestamp equal the presentation timestamp
of overlapped frame."
This sentence is really confusing. After reading it many times I think the
reason its confusing is because its basically an obvious tautology ("Let the
blue sky be the sky that is blue"). Would you consider taking it out?
