It will be interesting to see how screen readers parse content identifiers outside the page. So, besides aria-describedat: 1. would it justify using a new attribute to refer external content (description) at this point? 2. can this be part of native HTML5, like title or alt? 3. can this be extended to websites with IDs pointing to content in another website?
