If there is an open privacy issue, let's add a note to that effect. But, what is the open privacy issue here ? I would like to send the individualization request to my server of choice. Whether I do that directly from the client, or have it proxied via a server that also handles other EME messages makes no difference at all to privacy - it's purely a technical optimization.
