Offline where the site manages the offlining e.g. with the help of Service
Workers and offline where the user manages video files on a file system using
Finder/Nautilus/Windows Explorer are *very* different. I think we should avoid
scope creep to cater to the latter case, because DRM in the latter case leads
to more user unhappiness and more vendor lock-in than DRM in the former case.
