I have to wonder how we would select which browsers to provide information for?
I know there several "major" browsers but what about regional local browsers
in geographies like China and Russia?

Would it better to figure out how to provide current separate testing results
on a more regular basis and to determine how to link a spec to those testing
results (possibly at the feature level)?
