I filed bug 27093 related to proprietary initialization data, such as key
system-specific PSSH boxes.

Proprietary PSSH boxes may also play a role in such scenarios. If they are
encrypted or not documented, it may not be possible to determine the key ID(s)
required to decrypt the content.
