Oh, and the text should probably specify that messages to the key server MUST
be encrypted with a key that the CDM can determine to belong to a key server
for the relevant Key System and messages to the CDM MUST be encrypted with a
key that the key server can determine to belong to a CDM for the relevant Key
System.
