...and a great job he did too. Thanks, but I'd prefer that this stay on the
original component. Lets discuss with WG chairs if you still feel strongly
about moving it.
Related to these focus events: their uniqueness is that they fire before focus
changes, and that they bubble. I believe historically they also were the only
events that carried the related target data (focus/blur were historically
standard Event objects).
