The proposed specification is as follows:

SystemID: 1077efec-c0b2-4d02-ace3-3c1e52e2fb4b.
version: 1 or higher (as appropriate)
KID & KID_count: the key IDs represented by the PSSH box (i.e. those used by
the moov/moof.
Data and DataSize: Reserved for future use/specification. DataSize must be 0
for now.
