[Bug 18117] Shouldn't there be a setClip() rather than a resetClip(). There is already a transform() and setTransform(). Shouldn't clip follow the same conventions?

Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: Resetclip removes the clipping region, and setTransform() sets it
back to the identity matrix. Not really the same functionality.
