[Bug 26653] Remove .longdesc IDL attribute

Yeah, I talked to Robin. There are a couple of things that should happen, but
basically we need to make sure they are the same. And the point of the longdesc
spec is that the attribute isn't obsolete if you're working to this spec.

I'll talk to Robin again and make sure we get them in line.
