Btw - XHTML5 is not the only XML format that use a DTD-free DOCTYPE. Two other
formats are the 'Qt Linguist Phrase Book' (<!DOCTYPE TS>) and 'Qt translations
sources' (<!DOCTYPE TS>). The Qt Linguist application will handle e.g.
<!DOCTYPE ROBIN>. However, it will rectify it to e.g. <!DOCTYPE TS>.
