Upon further investigation, I think it's unlikely that allowing authors to
arbitrarily override the MIME type of files loaded into <iframe> is a good
idea. It's already kind of possible for <object> (and with <img> it's
irrelevant), but it's so massively complicated there that I don't think it's
something we should try to replicate.

But I have to be honest, I don't really understand the original request.

I'm marking this NEEDSINFO. The information I need is a clear description of
the problem that needs solving, and an analysis of the security implications
(see comment 7).
