This is what the spec currently says:

[NamedConstructor=Audio(),
 NamedConstructor=Audio(DOMString src)]
interface HTMLAudioElement : HTMLMediaElement {};

However, the following equivalent IDL is simpler:

[NamedConstructor=Audio(optional DOMString src)]
interface HTMLAudioElement : HTMLMediaElement {};
