Per W3C process, at risk features in a CR document can be removed at any point
without resetting the status of the document in its advancement toward REC.

This topic needs further refinement and clarification on how to make the
specified APIs more secure, and this refinement can be done in the HTML5.1
draft--it is not blocking for 5.0 at this point.

Removing the CR keyword from this bug.
