Summary: Is <area> interactive content?
Classification: Unclassified

Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 spec

"The activation behavior of area elements is to run the following steps:"
The <area> element has a defined activation behavior. Doesn't this imply that
it should be listed as "interactive content" here:
http://www.w3.org/html/wg/drafts/html/master/dom.html#interactive-content-0
(as it is interactive under certain conditions, not always though)
Or are the two definitions not related?
