A new, non-normative section on Privacy Considerations should be added to
address a number of concerns persistently expressed about EME, such as enhanced
fingerprinting capabilities, unauthorized disclosure of key information, etc.

A reasonable template for such a section is found in WebCrypto [1], section 6.
