https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=16989 Summary: I18N-ISSUE-135: List of list style types... Product: HTML WG Version: unspecified Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows NT Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson) AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch ReportedBy: addison@lab126.com QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org, public-html@w3.org 4.5.5 The ol element http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/grouping-content.html#the-ol-element In the <ol> element, the 'type' attribute has five potential types: decimal, lower-alpha, upper-alpha, lower roman numerals, and upper roman numerals. Should this list also include the values from CSS3-lists (particularly near http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-lists/#predefined-numeric)? The current short list probably exists for legacy compatibility reasons with existing markup. However, it would be good to recognize the wider world of list-style-type. This could be accomplished by explicitly allowing the fully-qualified names of CSS-Lists attributes as values of the type attribute. -- Configure bugmail: https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
