https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=16987

           Summary: i18n-ISSUE-131: UTF-32 BOMs
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
        AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
        ReportedBy: addison@lab126.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,

4.3.1 The script element

Step 15, down around 1. The list of BOM sequences doesn't include the UTF-32
BOMs. While UTF-32 is explicitly unsupported by HTML5, it might be a good idea
to list the BOM's as unsupported?
