Summary: i18n-ISSUE-95: Limitations and defaults for
accept-charset
Product: HTML WG
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows NT
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
ReportedBy: addison@lab126.com

4.10.3 The form element
http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/forms.html#the-form-element
The "accept-charset" field is said to "gives the character encodings that are
to be used for the submission". Is this a real limitation on the encodings
used? Is there a default value (presumably the page encoding)?
