Summary: Suggestion: addition of 5 to doctype tag. ie,
<!DOCTYPE html5>, for future proofing in case, for
example, html6 conflicts with html5. Browsers seeing
<!DOCTYPE html> or no doctype (for the most basic,
valid html) should just assume the latest html standar
