Summary: "For the purposes of document summaries, outlines, and

That seems reasonable. Do you think we should remove the paragraph entirely, or
do you think there is value in some weaker wording as implementation advice? If
the latter, what do you think it should say?

I'll nuke the paragraph and make sure there's an example somewhere that gives
sample behaviour.
