Attached is an MS Word document with track changes, of comments by David
MacDonald and Bruce Bailey who are members of the WCAG2 working group, but are

Earlier this year, David MacDonald (CanAdapt)and Bruce Bailey (US Access
Board), who are members of the WCAG working group (but are commenting on our
own), reviewed the Alt text guidance doc for HTML5. Hoping the WCAG team will
be able to get to review the alt guidance but not likely in the next couple of
months ... so here are our comments.

It is a copy of the html5 doc as it was for e March 29 draft. with comments and
suggested edits made inline.
