[Bug 15855] After the example given for the h1,h2,h3 etc. elements is this non-sensical sentence. Authors might prefer the former style for its terseness, or the latter style for its convenience in the face of heavy editing; which is besty is purely an issue of prefe from bugzilla@jessica.w3.org on 2012-08-15 (public-html-bugzilla@w3.org from August 2012)
