[Bug 14526] When adding filenames to the data set, should there be normalization of decomposed forms?

Hmm. I'm not sure whether that's truly a problem. I mean, what if the uploaded
filename is in uppercase vs lowercase? Or has one space or two somewhere in the
filename? Surely basing anything on the file name of the uploaded file is rife
with problems, canonicalisation being the least of them.
