[Bug 13885] Maybe whitelist RSS and Atom types (despite them being supported natively in a browsing context during navigation).

Checked in as WHATWG revision r6670.
Check-in comment: Allow sites to register RSS and Atom handlers, and handlers
for specific XML types.
