Makes sense.
I had a look at the Unicode data and couldn't work out the right way to
generate the language codes for the selectors.
If someone can provide either a CSS sheet, or a script that generates the CSS
sheet, or a clear description of what such a script would have to do (at the
level of how to process each XML file and what selectors and rules to output),
I can update the spec accordingly.
